What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not govern the supply of our software. D.O.P.A., and any custom work we carry out, are supplied under a separate written agreement between us and the customer. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.
Information on this site
The pages here describe our products in general terms so that you can judge whether they are relevant to your operation. They are not advice, and they are not an offer capable of acceptance.
We take care to describe what our software does accurately, and to say plainly where a capability has not been demonstrated. Even so, product descriptions, prices and examples can change, and nothing on this site forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in the written agreement for your engagement.
Prices shown are indicative and are confirmed in writing before any commitment. Prices exclude VAT.
Example documents and screenshots
Screens and documents shown on this site are demonstrations. The names, companies, sites, references, dates and operational values in them are fictional. They illustrate the structure of the software's output and must not be used, relied on or reproduced as operational guidance of any kind.
Using this site
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use in evaluating our products. You may not copy, republish or exploit the content commercially without our written permission.
