Who it's for
Built for contractors who produce records every working day
Inshore diving contractors
Small teams producing operational records on site every working day.
Civil and marine contractors
Operations where a principal contractor expects records to arrive promptly and completely.
Inspection teams
Work where the value is in the record itself, and in finding it again later.
Walkthrough
How a dive operation moves through D.O.P.A.
- 01In the office
The office prepares the operation
The dive operation is created with the job details and the paperwork it requires.
- 02To the supervisor
The supervisor receives it
It reaches the supervisor's device with its forms attached — the dive logs, work logs, toolbox talks and checklists that job needs.
- 03On site
Paperwork completed without a signal
Forms are completed and signed on site whether or not the device has a connection. Quaysides, barges and remote sites do not stop the record being made.
- 04Back to the office
Records synchronise when connectivity returns
Back in range, completed records synchronise to the office. Nothing depends on a folder coming back intact.
- 05Afterwards
The operation's history stays retrievable
Completed operations and their paperwork are held centrally, ready to produce when a client, manager or auditor asks.
What you get
On site, and back in the office
On site
Everything the supervisor needs, on the device they already carry.
- Digital dive logs, work logs, toolbox talks, checklists and operational forms
- One dive operation holds all of its logs, forms and checklists together
- Used in the field on tablets and phones
- Works offline — paperwork is completed on site without a signal
- Completed records synchronise when connectivity returns
- Digital signatures captured as part of completing the paperwork
- Each supervisor sees the operations scheduled for them
- Supervisors are notified when an operation is created for them
In the office
Completed operations arrive in one place, and can be found again.
- Attach files and photographs to an operation
- Office oversight of operations and their completed paperwork
- Searchable operational records
- Forms and workflows configured around your existing paperwork
- Produce the signed paperwork for an operation as a PDF
Customer-ready paperwork
Your forms, not ours
The point of most operational paperwork is that everyone already recognises it — the supervisor filling it in, the office checking it, the customer receiving it. D.O.P.A. is set up around the forms you use now, and the completed operation is generated as the document that job produces, under your own letterhead.

In live operations
Built around real operations. Refined through real audits.
D.O.P.A. grew from years of building and supporting a digital operations platform for one of our commercial diving clients. Used in day-to-day operations and reviewed through real client audits, that experience shaped the D.O.P.A. platform available today.

Around 30 minutes. Bring the paperwork you use now and we will show you what it looks like in the system.
